BOMA Victory!

After months of inaction, Local 73 successfully moved CPS to confirm the implementation timeline of raises and retro for custodians hired on or after January 18, 2005, who are subject to Building Owners Management Association of Chicago (BOMA-Chicago) wage rates. CPS committed in writing that custodians’ October 8 paycheck should reflect raises, including retro to July 1, 2021. Please email the mac@seiu73.org if you believe your paystub is incorrect on October 8.
