Join fellow workers across the nation to rise up against rich and powerful corporations who are using the Supreme Court and Janus v. AFSCME to divide us from our co-workers and limit the power in numbers we have together in our union.
On Monday, February 26 the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments on Janus v. AFSCME. The case will affect our ability to deal with workplace issues such as working conditions, staffing, and unfair discipline. It is being pushed by Governor Bruce Rauner and corporate executives who want to weaken unions formed by public employees.
