UIC Professionals Ratify New Contract

We are excited to announce that UIC Professionals have successfully ratified a new collective bargaining agreement with a 99.1% YES vote!

Congratulations! Over the next few weeks, UIC Professionals should keep an eye on their pay checks to see pay increases go into effect and make sure the rate of pay is correct.

The new language that addresses pay discrepancies will likewise be going into effect once the contract is executed. Over the next few months, UIC Professionals will be meeting union organizers who will be working to make sure your voice is heard and your issues are addressed.
