Major Wage Increases for Crystal Lake Warehouse and Inventory Workers

Warehouse and Inventory Workers for Crystal Lake School District #47 have been added to the union contract covering custodial and maintenance workers. Previously, these workers were at will employees. The newest union members in Crystal Lake have added to the collective union strength resulting in 3-20% wage increases for the workers.

“We are so grateful to have an advocate for our best interests with Local 73,” said Catherine Norris, Warehouse Worker.

“Our union is growing stronger every day,” said Dian Palmer, President of SEIU Local 73. “We are proud to welcome these workers to our union family.”
