Khadija McElroy, a Registered Behavioral Technician at Envision Unlimited, knows the value of hard work. As a mother of three, including young twins, balancing a job and at-home responsibilities is not a walk in the park. But even through a pandemic that didn’t allow her to see her premature twins for weeks, McElroy persevered.

We spoke with her recently to get her insights on motherhood, being a union leader, and what her superpower would be if she could choose one. Watch below:
