The Member Action Center or MAC connects you with a well-trained, professional union representative, who can provide advice and assistance to union members for work site issues, contract questions, or grievances.
The Member Action Center is in its initial roll out phase and focusing its work on the following units: Chicago Public Schools, Chicago Park District, and Cook County. All members who call the MAC will be helped.
MAC is the place where members take action to win in the workplace!
MAC representatives are available Monday through Thursday from 9:00am-5:00pm and Friday from 9:00am-4:00pm, except for federally recognized holidays. Please note that on Monday, April 8 MAC staff will be in a professional development meeting and will not be answering calls between 9am-2pm, but members are welcome to leave a message and you will receive a response within 48 hours.
