The Park District has responded to an inquiry from the Union regarding seasonal/hourly benefit time earned in the last quarter that was to appear on the July 29 pay check.
The earned time did not post to the checks on the July 29 check because of a computer glitch that is being investigated. However, the earned benefit timedid post to the benefit balance report in Human Resources which is available to all Supervisors, Foremen, etc.
As stated below by HR Director Beka Reierson, this earned time IS AVAILABLE for use. Staff are to check with their supervisors for their available time.
